General Terms and Conditions
 
ARRIVAL TIME

We recommend you arrive up to 10 minutes in advance of your appointment slot. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. If we are running late we will honour your allowed appointment time.

 

CHILDREN’S POLICY

We offer the following services to children:

Gel Polish Age 12+

Enhancement Services Age 16+

All children under 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult.

 

The salon is a working environment and therefore we ask that, in the interests of health and safety, and out of respect for the comfort of other clients, you not bring children with you to your appointment. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you bring a child and in this case you will be charged the full price of your appointment.

 

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your treatment when making your appointment.

 

PREGNANCY

Nail services may be carried out at any stage during pregnancy.

 

VALUABLES

We accept no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewellery at any time on the salon premises.

 

LOST PROPERTY 

All lost property found on the premises should be handed to one of our staff members. Items will be stored for four months, if they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charities.

 

PRICES & TREATMENTS

Our prices are subject to change without notice (errors and omissions excepted).

We reserve the right to change the nature of any treatments at anytime and use any products we deem acceptable and safe.

booking fee Policy

Booking fees may be requested at any time and at our discretion. 

Booking fees will be charged at 50% of the service cost.

Booking fees may be redeemed toward the cost of the service for which that booking fee is made.

Where you have cancelled your appointment with less than 22 hours notice, or do not show up to an appointment, our Cancellation/No-Show Policy will apply and the booking fee will be used towards any fees you are due to us as per the terms and conditions of that policy. 

Cancellation/no-show Policy

Your appointments are very important to us; each appointment is reserved especially for you.

Strict 24 hour cancellation/no-show policy  

We understand that circumstances may change and booking amendments may be necessary, therefore we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations. 

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour cancellation time we miss the opportunity to fill that time, therefore customers awaiting appointments miss the opportunity to receive our services.

A 72 hour confirmation is sent via email so that you can confirm your appointment with us. Please use this opportunity to let us know that you will be attending your appointment. 

A 24  hour appointment reminder is sent via email.

Within 22 hours Cancellation/No-Show fees

No-Show fee & Within 22 hours cancellation fee: 100% charged according to service. If you have paid a booking fee this will be held by us 

Retail Products Refund
& Exchange Policy

Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from The Nail Boutique. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. Due to some products containing sell-by or used-by dates we can not except returns after 14 days of purchess. Proof of purchess for your item is required always.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
